ECVC is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent certification process. In cases where a candidate believes that an issue during the examination process negatively impacted the outcome, a formal request for review may be submitted.
If the issue relates to a specific exam question, the request must include clear and detailed information, such as the Voucher number, the question number, and a brief description of the concern. This allows the ECVC Certification Reviews and Appeals Committee to accurately identify and assess the matter.
Appeals are considered only in the following situations:
All requests for review or appeal must be formally submitted within five (5) working days from the date of the exam or the incident. A non-refundable fee of 60 Euros is required at the time of submission, using the official ECVC Certification Review and Appeals Form.
Relevant supporting evidence should be included, if available, to aid the evaluation. ECVC will acknowledge receipt of the request and provide a formal response within ten (10) calendar days. All decisions issued by the Committee are final.
When an error in a specific exam question is confirmed by the ECVC Certification Reviews and Appeals Committee, the question will be removed from the assessment. The candidate’s final score will then be recalculated based on the remaining valid questions.
The ECVC Certification Reviews and Appeals Committee is composed of the following three members:
