For Accredited Certification Agents (ACAs)
Interested parties may submit an Accredited Certification Agent Application through the ECVC website. The ECVC Team will then contact applicants to request additional documentation.
Accreditation is based upon the inspection of the full range of the organisation’s services and the analytical examination of the relavent documentation to ensure that the continuing operation of the organisation is preserved at the desired level.
Successful applicants will be featured in the ECVC ACAs directory and awarded an official ACA badge. This accreditation authorizes them to purchase and resell certification vouchers within the ECVC framework.
The accreditation process involves the following steps:
The process begins with completing the application form, which can be accessed through the provided link. Once the form is filled out in full and submitted, the accreditation journey officially starts.
After your application and all required documentation have been submitted, our team will carefully review the materials. If the application meets our criteria, we will move forward with the next step. If revisions are needed, we will inform you and provide guidance on how to submit a successful modified application.
Please note that ECVC reserves the right to decline applications that do not meet our standards.
Once your application is approved, we will return the signed documentation to confirm acceptance. If there are still issues with your submission, we will provide feedback and work with you to ensure all requirements are met. Our aim is to support you throughout this stage so that you can successfully achieve accreditation.
As soon as your application is accepted, you will receive an official email confirming the start of our collaboration. This email will include additional information and resources. Accredited Certification Agents (ACAs) will be given full details about each ECVC Certification and the associated badge. If requested, ECVC can also provide study materials for use by exam participants.
To ensure the continued quality of our program, ECVC regularly gathers feedback from candidates who purchase vouchers through ACAs. We are committed to maintaining high standards and reserve the right to end collaboration with any ACAs that receives consistently poor feedback or demonstrates other serious issues.
